All the land registration system takes place on the blockchain. There is a user whose land information, which will be a token, is stored on the blockchain against his/her ID card number. This will be an immutable, proof of their ownership of that land. When someone wants to purchase land from the other person, the blockchain system will obtain payment from the buyer, and the land token from the seller. The payment will be transferred to the seller and the token of land will be transferred to the buyer. Now the buyer is the new owner of that land since the token will be shown against their ID card number.
